Experienced Writer / Content Messaging Specialist

Pivotal Marketing Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to join our team as a sub/consultant. This flexible position requires 20-40 hours per week, depending on workload.

As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule and work from your home office. With oversight from our managing partners, you'll collaborate on delegated projects with strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the AEC industry. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is a must, along with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for impactful communications. We value creativity, proactivity, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Technical editing and writing skills are crucial. You'll create and edit professional documents. Pay ranges from $60 to $85 per hour, with increases based on communication, performance, and project management abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Lead and execute RFQ/RFP responses and develop presentation strategies and designs.

● Analyze RFQ/RFPs to guide content creation and ensure compliance.

● Edit proposals for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance.

● Foster strong relationships and deliver accurate and compelling work.

● Collaborate with technical professionals on various document types.

● Handle formatting, layout, writing, and proofreading.

● Utilize graphic design skills to enhance proposals.
