Senior Journalists

The Midland News Association, publisher of the Express & Star and Shropshire Star, is looking for senior journalists to join its team. This is the ideal role for ambitious, dedicated and enthusiastic journalists with a proven track record of digging out the best off-diary news stories, features and analysis. As a multimedia journalist, you must be comfortable producing content for all of our print and digital platforms = from in-depth news features for our newspapers, to breaking news articles for our websites, as well as covering stories as they happen on live blogs. The ideal candidates will be able to come up with ideas and deliver compelling stories on a consistent basis. We are looking for NCTJ-trained journalists, able to deliver accurate, entertaining copy to meet strict deadlines. A full, clean driving licence is required.
