You will host and produce Behind the Money, the FT’s flagship business show relaunching next year. The podcast brings the best of our core journalism to life in audio. From crypto investing and financial scandals, to the shadowy world of private capital and mafia business models. BTM breaks down the complex worlds of markets, money and the people making it happen. You know your SPACs from your ETFs but you also excel at translating numbers-heavy stories into compelling audio narrative. You have an engaging on-air presence and are a sharp scriptwriter. You are collaborative and take onboard feedback and strive to push boundaries in the evolving space of audio journalism. You have experience working within an expanding team with flexible needs, ideally within a newsroom setting. This is our flagship narrative podcast positioned to reach a broad audience in the US. You have a thorough understanding of the US market and successful podcast formats. You have a passion for business news and a deep familiarity with the FT’s unique brand of globally-focused journalism.
