Responsibilities:
Build and manage the Home Improvement editorial team’s daily operations in collaboration with Editorial Director
Be the media spokesperson for the Home vertical as needed
Find, recruit, and set up new editors, staff writers and freelancers. Train and support the team on how to use publishing tools
With team lead, create and implement best practices for the Home editorial team, including content templates, imagery and reviews standards
Leverage data and SEO best practices to create an editorial plan that includes news, special features and explanatory content
Edit and produce editorial content
Create rubrics to evaluate, rate and rank related products and services for best-ofs such as moving companies, home services providers and more.
