Temporary Reporter, Midas List

Seeking reporter and writer to assist in creating content. You will support the team building the Forbes Midas List editorial package. This will be a part-time role, approximately 15 hours a week, from March 18th through April 30th.

Responsibilities

Writing sharp, compelling bios/blurbs
Commitment to detail and deadlines with high-level time management and organizational skills
Contacting listmakers to update information for their bio
Fact-checking and updating existing bio information
Uploading edited bios into the Forbes database
Collecting updated photos from listmakers

The Ideal Candidate

Strong writing and reporting skills
Research experience
Attention to detail in fact-checking
Comfort contacting sources
An ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and to meet consistent deadlines

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 - $35.00
