Job Description:

Neuropool is seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Bid Grant Writer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in securing funding opportunities and grants to support our mission of placing 10,000 neurodivergent candidates into employment by 2030.

Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and evaluate potential grant opportunities that align with Neuropool's goals and initiatives.
Write compelling and persuasive grant proposals, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and data necessary for grant applications.
Maintain an organized system for tracking grants, submissions, and outcomes.
Keep abreast of industry trends, funding sources, and best practices in grant writing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bid Grant Writer, preferably in the nonprofit or social enterprise sector.
Strong research skills to identify relevant funding opportunities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with neurodiversity, disability inclusion, or related fields is a plus.
