This leading global creative agency is seeking a mid to senior-level Copywriter for their growing team. If you have 4-6 years of editorial experience and a knack for crafting compelling narratives, we’d love to have you!
In this role, you’ll work on a variety of client briefs, generating creative ideas for campaigns and activations. Collaborating with the Strategy & Planning team, you’ll infuse your concepts with insights to ensure they hit the mark.
Your writing skills will be put to the test as you create copy for various channels, from display ads to reports and podcasts. We need someone who can structure brand narratives effectively and shape complex stories into engaging pieces.
While an interest in business and emerging tech is a plus, we primarily seek a detail-oriented, grammar-savvy writer with through-the-line campaign experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and handling challenging briefs.
You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team of creatives, strategists, and managers. Whether you prefer to work independently or alongside an art director, you’ll find a supportive environment to grow and thrive.

Conceptual:
Interrogating and answering a variety of client briefs.
Developing original ideas for story franchises, campaign concepts, creative activations and powerful product and policy narratives on everything from AI to data privacy.
Working with the Strategy & Planning team to build out creative ideas based on insights.
Delivering conceptual ideas for campaigns, activations and individual deliverables.
Working with an art director and other members of the art team to realise your ideas.
Presenting ideas to colleagues and clients, clearly and confidently.
Responding to critique, but also defending great ideas.
Copy:
Writing short and long-form copy (spanning from display ads to reports and podcast episodes) for many channels
Structuring and writing compelling brand narratives, messaging and manifestos to convey your ideas
Sourcing original stories and strong interviewees for content franchises
Writing scripts of 6 secs to 2 mins+, from video shoots to animations to mood films.
Able to shape and structure complex stories in simple powerful ways (from podcast episodes through to product presentations)
Writing for multiple audiences (from B2B marketing decision makers to Key Opinion Formers) within one brand tone of voice
Writing client-ready decks to present your work

Is a natural (audience-centric) storyteller with a strong sense of narrative structure
Is audience-obsessed; builds all stories around target audience needs
Knows the value of a nut graf and never buries the lede
Can think visually too (not just words)
Strong on detail and grammar
Has through-the-line campaign experience.
Good presentation skills and experience building relationships with clients
Is happy working solo or teaming up with an art director or other art team members
