As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing high-impact email campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our clients' reach, driving conversions, and elevating brand awareness. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and brand messaging.
Develop effective email marketing strategies and tailored campaigns to achieve specific goals.
Create compelling and personalized email content that speaks directly to the target audience.
Design visually appealing email templates that align with the brand's identity and optimize for mobile devices.
Implement A/B testing to continuously improve email performance and optimize open and click-through rates.
Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant legal requirements and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and email marketing innovations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful email campaigns.
Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and list management.
Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to adapt the tone and style to various target audiences.
Experience with HTML/CSS for custom email template creation is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Flexibility to work remotely and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
