We have openings for experienced e-learning content writers to join our team on a six-month contract initially, with the possibility of contract extension or becoming a permanent member of the team for the right candidate. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Learning and Content Lead as well as subject matter experts to write engaging content for online business agility courses.

The Content Writer will be part of a collaborative cross-functional team whose purpose is to build educational products and content relevant to the fast-developing profession of business agility.
Main Responsibilities
Co-create, write, edit and structure interactive, media-rich content to promote excellent learner experience and professional development
Apply sound principles of heutagogy, andragogy and learning design to support different models of learning (online, bite-sized packages, on-demand learning, work-based learning etc.)
Research around topics to find appropriate knowledge and resources to support what you write about
Submit content within deadlines
Attend meetings and take part in learning design and content review sessions
Format, upload content and publish to our learning platform
Work with our Competency Framework to develop Learning Outcomes and rubrics for the assessment of learning content
Use relevant processes and procedures to ensure the recording of assessment and achievement of learners using appropriate learning technologies
About you
You have a background in learning and development or instructional design.
Essentials for Experienced Content Writer
Master’s level or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in education, learning design, training and development or similar
Solid understanding of adult learning theory and models
Strong evidence of learning content development
Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn
Ability to work in an organised and timely manner both independently and collaboratively
Evidence of working in the e-learning environment and understand the differences between learning online and face-2-face methods
Have a strategic and creative mindset with the confidence to work on your own initiative
Excellent command of the English language and communication skills - written, verbal, and visual
Ability to source and utilise verified content from a wide range of sources to create learning modules
A proactive learner with a commitment to knowledge, learning and self-development
Be comfortable working in cross-functional, flat-structured teams
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks
Proven abilities to critically review and critically reflect on your own work and that of others
Desirable
