What Now Media Group, INC is looking for an Atlanta-area based self-starter, go-getter freelance writer, and researcher to contribute daily pre-opening restaurant news for our Atlanta edition. Responsibilities include finding newsworthy material by combing through a variety of sources, conducting interviews with business owners, crafting our "Partner Alerts," and publishing news articles to our platform and social media. Candidates should be curious, enthusiastic, and resourceful, with a sharp sense of humor, a competitive drive, and the ability to self-manage. This position is best suited for someone who is impeccable with time management, multi-tasking, and completing daily recurring tasks. Experience in journalism and hospitality reporting, or some kind of news experience is preferred.
