Freelance Content Writer

I’m looking for a content writer for my boutique marketing agency. Basically, you would be subcontractor for projects coming from my business. This position has no fixed end date with a month to month contract. I’m looking for someone who is self-driven, learns quickly, and is very organized.

Details:

-Must be available 5-7 hours/week to start and could increase to more hours over time.

-Pay range is $40-50 USD/hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Write short-form content including blogs, landing pages, email copy, 1-pagers, and captions for social media.

-Research and look through existing/past materials to get up to speed on the topics.

-Review and revise written content for clarity, coherence, grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors before submission to ensure high-quality deliverables.

-Attending weekly meetings to discuss projects, workflow, and next steps with the projects.

Requirements:

-I’m ideally looking for someone already established as an LLC, but open to sole proprietors too.

-Located in the United States.

-Proven experience in social media management and examples of project or client work. Past experience in marketing/communications is a plus!

-Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
