Freelance Writer/ Researcher/ Video Finder

Looking for a writer who is incredibly social media savvy. We need a journalist who keeps up with social media and knows how to find viral drama on all social media platforms. This person must also be adept at storytelling in a compelling way that is more like how a movie is laid out. It's a personal, narrative tone. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to telemeet on West Coast Hours when necessary. You must also be very good at fact-checking and researching.

Please note: Finding videos that meet our criteria and then getting them approved is the hardest part of this job. Please only apply if you enjoy looking for videos on social media and are interested in TikTok-style drama.

Responsibilities

Helping find 8 viral videos a week that fit certain specifications and get approved
Helping research 8 viral videos a week
Helping write 8 video scripts a week. Generally 2 pages in length
Collaborating with another writer + producers
