We are a new platform leveraging data science to provide San Francisco Bay Area homeowners with actionable insights on property improvements, enhancing informed decision-making for upgrades. In addition to quantitative data, we offer useful articles to guide homeowners’ journey.

Our audience includes homeowners and homebuyers interested in maximizing their property's potential.

We seek local experts to contribute helpful content on:

- Buying first homes (e.g., mortgages like VA, USDA)
- Solar power guides (e.g., basics to installing panels & rebates)
- Planning applications (e.g., CA Bills 9 & 10, ADUs)
- Residential internet (e.g., connection types, speeds, importance for jobs, healthcare, & education)
- Homeowner tips (e.g., neighborhood environmental factors, improvements, insurance)
- Final topics will be chosen during the selection process. We seek 5-10 original 1,500 word articles per category.

Looking for writers experienced in these topics or field experts willing to share knowledge. We will also consider repurposing existing relevant content if you can prove ownership & transfer rights.
