Freelance Writers/Journalists

We are looking for talented Freelance writers/journalists/satirists/political cartoonists/videographers/would be podcasters to launch new progressive political website. Will pay $100 for posted articles and political cartoons. $250 for posted short videos. (Can work from anywhere). We’re launching a new political website, Politics—Code Blue, focused on preserving our democracy and addressing the critical issues of our time. We’re looking for talented politically progressive writers and journalists interested in hard-hitting fact-based reporting and advocacy journalism, sharp-edged political satirists and cartoonists. Also, videographers and would-be podcasters. All, ideally, with an entrepreneurial bent and social media acumen to help build and ultimately, in large measure, run this new media enterprise. The plan is to launch the site by spring. Please submit a resume and a cover letter explaining how you could contribute to making this project successful. (Up to 500 words) Please submit any articles, political cartoons, videos, audio tapes or anything else you’d like us to see that would help showcase talents you can bring to the project.
