Freelance Writer

CRANK is looking for a super motivated and talented writer for full time work in September 23. Must be ready to start immediately. Why do we want you? We have our new website, marketing brochure and set of EDM's to launch in time for PAX 23 at the start of October. Plus the world is crying out for our brand to have an uplift in it's communications and the NDIS industry needs to hear about the great work we do. The work you create will need to communicate to NDIS participants with autism, their families and also providers such as therapists and the education sector.

Responsibilities

Website:

Review existing quizzes from clients, review our coaching program and talk with the CEO
Create content map and have approved
Work with Gather Content to ensure production is tracked and stored in this handy online tool
Draft content inline with brand voice and review with CEO
Complete content and copy and paste into Wordpress including prepping images and videos (supplied by another person in our team)
Do a final review and pop champagne

Brochure:

Create a simple 4-6 page brochure and send content to our designer

EDM

Come up with 4-6 simple email articles promoting what we do and also our attendance at the PAX event working with our EDM manager

Qualifications

Tertiary quals in journalism, PR or communications

Must have a portfolio of content and at least 5 years work experience

Must be able to work under pressure and to meet critical deadlines

Renumeration

$45 per hour casual/ contract
