If you have a background in AB testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), personalization, customer experience (CX), and the retail space, along with a passion for writing compelling content, this opportunity is for you.
With 3+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS companies, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand voice and delivering engaging content to our audience. Familiarity with pitching and SEO best practices is also highly desirable.

What You’ll Do
Create compelling and persuasive content.
Craft high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, and website copy.
Write clear, concise, and error-free content that resonates with our target audience.
Leverage your expertise in the AB testing, CRO, personalization, CX, and retail space to pitch new ideas to our Content Marketing team.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of these areas to produce insightful and industry-relevant content.
Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand, accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (where necessary).
Work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to understand our target audience, product offerings, and market positioning.
Collaborate on content ideation, planning, and execution to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Optimize content for SEO.
Apply SEO best practices to ensure our content is discoverable and ranks well in search engines.
Conduct keyword research and integrate targeted keywords seamlessly into the content.
What You’ll Need
3+ years writing for B2B SaaS companies
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong background and understanding of AB testing, CRO, personalization, CX, and/or retail.
Proven ability to create compelling and persuasive content that drives engagement and conversions.
Familiarity with pitching and the ability to craft content that aligns with sales and business objectives.
Excellent research and analytical skills to gather information and synthesize it into impactful content.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
A portfolio of writing samples demonstrating your expertise in the relevant areas is highly desirable.
