What You'll Be Doing...

As News & Analysis Editor (IT Pro), you will be responsible for three main areas:

Managing the daily news output, including working with writers on pitches and editing/optimising content
Working with other stakeholders to ensure news content has maximum effect and reach, whether through SEO, direct traffic or other distribution channels, such as newsletters, social and more
Assisting with news-related tasks as requested by your line manager/key stakeholders

Excellent writing and editing skills
Fantastic communication skills
The ability to lead by example and plan and execute news content strategy
Help maintain and develop high performing individual writers and news teams
Communicate effectively with writers and senior management
Inspire colleagues and demonstrate a clear vision for success
Work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders/brands to build and maintain a successful B2B division
