The Brand team is like an in-house creative agency who are responsible for all the creative output for Go.Compare. We are ideators, creators, writers, editors, animators, designers, social media managers, organisers and project managers. From a simple display advert to a cross-platform-multi-channel campaign, we support Go.Compare to deliver high quality productions, visuals and copy which help achieve the business’ goals.
You’ll be asked to make sure content is provided for users in the right place and in the most suitable format. You’ll bethe guardian of the tone of voice for Go.Compare and help manage the creation and updating of content across the website to make sure the information and data are correct, user focused and recent. You’ll also be able to line-manage and mentor a Junior Content Designer.
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve…
User focus – you can create content that meets user needs and use any available user data, knowledge or research to inform content decisions and make complex content easy to understand and accessible to all
Experience in user-centred content design – you have experience in writing, editing and publishing digital content, and knowledge of personal finance and household bills industries. Plus you can use content management systems and content production processes to publish content
Strategic thinking – you can contribute to content plans and create content guidelines. You can provide support on content improvement plans.
Stakeholder relationship management – you can identify and clearly communicate with stakeholders, using evidence to to explain decisions made where necessary
Agile working – you’re aware of and understand agile methodology and can apply an agile mindset to your work. You can work in a fast-paced environment and use an iterative and flexible approach to enable quick delivery. You’re willing to learn from mistakes and are able to make sure the team is aware of each other’s work and how it relates to their objectives and user needs
Experience working in an insurance or financial services setting
