We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Discovery Therapy Network’s mission, as a non-profit organization, is to provide services and education on therapeutic advancements for children diagnosed with Autism and other special needs, as well as parents and professionals. Our focus is to increase knowledge about special education, therapy related techniques, and functional topics. We are currently seeking a grant writer to further the mission of our organization..

Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and submit grant proposals to secure funding for the organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential funding sources
- Collaborate with program staff to gather information and data for grant applications
- Conduct budgeting and financial analysis for grant proposals
- Monitor and track grant awards, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
- Proofread and edit grant proposals for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines
- Manage contracts and agreements related to grant-funded projects

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in grant writing, with a track record of successful funding acquisition
- Strong research skills to identify potential funding sources and stay updated on grant opportunities
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling proposals
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis for grant applications
- Knowledge of program development principles and strategies
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in grant proposals
- Ability to effectively manage contracts and agreements related to grant-funded projects
- Experience in technical writing is a plus
