What You Will Do:
Work with product managers, communications, and subject matter experts to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: User Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, Social Media Content, and other forms of program communications.
Gather stakeholder feedback on documentation and multimedia projects to improve usability and prioritize future investments.
Act as senior editor to ensure consistency across all internal and external training materials.
Build and maintain client training aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as video scripts, educational presentations, and social media posts.
Learn and understand complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Write and edit technical documents.
Editing and formatting technical and program documentation in either Word or PowerPoint..
Work with internal authors to provide changes and or recommendations to provided materials.
Performing quality reviews of documentation to ensure the correct grammar and punctuation is used integrating multiple inputs into a single document or presentation to develop the final customer deliverable
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or other relevant field.
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Word and Power Point, to include the use of styles and tables of contents.
Experience editing technical documentation such as requirements documents, operations procedures, procedure manuals, and process documents using a standardized document template.
Prior experience integrating, editing, formatting and performing a quality review of customer documentation and status report deliverables.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, in particular, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
