Sports Reporter

The Havre Daily News, a five-day-a-week newspaper on the Montana Hi-Line, has an immediate opening for a full-time sports reporter. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is self-motivated, but able to take direction and can work individually or with a team.

Coverage areas include high school sports for Havre and Hill County, Montana State University - Northern sports as well as hockey, baseball and rodeo. This position provides a flexible schedule with work mostly on evenings and weekends. Writing experience preferred, but not required.
