Head of Media Operations

The Mediabrands Shared Services team is a centralized unit that is based in Leeds and supports our planning & buying teams out of London. This role is responsible for defining and implementing standards and processes across our UK business. This team will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence by being a central hub for booking delivery and financial reconciliation. You will be leading a team that delivers for all SBUs across our Mediabrands network, being a focal point for working with multi-faceted teams; from Account Management to Buying teams to Finance. While the core of your role will be ensuring your team deliver media bookings on our Mediaocean booking platform through to financial reconciliation. Your department will be the engine room of the Mediabrands network, ensuring consistent quality in the process. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail with good organisational and management skills. This person will thrive in building teams with a strong service mentality.
