Hearst Connecticut Media Group’s journalists cover communities in Fairfield and New Haven counties and beyond, serving readers across platforms, including our sites, app, newsletters, social media accounts and more for eight daily and 13 weekly newspapers. Now we’re excited to announce that we’re expanding again, hiring 11 total new reporters and a managing editor to deepen our commitment to quality journalism and storytelling across the state and locally in Hartford County. We’re looking for enterprising, audience-focused and collaborative Breaking News Reporters to join Hearst Connecticut Media at a time when we’re growing digital subscriptions. Reporters work would appear on HCMG’s new statewide site CTInsider.com and across our network. They would contribute topical daily stories and in-depth enterprise pieces of high interest to readers.
