​​About the Role:

As the Producer at the Hims & Hers content studio, you are part of a growing team of creative thinkers and doers and will produce various live action productions at our in-house studio. Your role will also have a strong emphasis on project management to help every project get from A to Z, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams. You’ll be working on a variety of fun & innovative projects to drive our growth by elevating the execution of content through pre-production, production, and post-production. You’ll play a significant role in managing the many facets of production from booking crew and talent to managing shoots, budgets, timelines, final asset delivery and billing. This position is location specific to the Brooklyn, NY area and will require the person to be onsite most days of the week. This position is not remote eligible.
You Will:

Creative and Line Produce video and photo shoots, seeing them through post production
Project Managing the full cycle of every project from briefing, reviews to pre-production, production, and post-production
Bring fresh ideas for content solutions; discovering and recommending artists for collaboration and providing a strong point-of-view for producing new content
Be passion-driven and self-starting for delivering top-notch creative, using your eye for detail and acumen for process to guide solutions across various media
A positive attitude while managing multiple projects to and through shoot day is rough, but you approach it all with a smile and good vibes, building relationships and trust along the way
Great communication skills by following up meetings with detailed notes and action items, you circle back, check in, double check and follow up – you over communicate to make sure everyone is moving ahead and on the same page
Coordinating with vendors and other 3rd parties to source crew for both photo and live action productions
