Corporate Communications Specialist

We’re looking for a corporate communications specialist to become part of our Asset Management and Sustainability Risk Control team. In this role you will:

Support the Chief Risk Officer of Asset Management & EMEA & Sustainability on a diverse range of initiatives and projects: from advising on the right tools and channels, to developing plans, managing stakeholders, crafting messaging in the appropriate tone of voice, and delivering collateral.
Develop and review high-quality communication materials, including organization announcements and talking points, intranet content, newsletters, success story articles, conference speaking notes/speeches, and digital contents (incl. videos), often in collaboration with colleagues from all teams.
Assist with CRO AM & EMEA & Sustainability on messaging and planning of regular function-wide communication activities.
Create content and be responsible in maintaining CRO AM & EMEA & Sustainability’s social media - aligned to our editorial framework and Group Purpose.
Collaborate on senior management events incl. townhalls, quarterly calls and (annual) management onsite.
