Supervise U-B editors, reporters, photographers and interns.
Plan, edit and organize news on all platforms.
Monitor the U-B’s content on all platforms and assess its relevance to the community, as well as its accuracy and appeal.
Identify reporting initiatives that would benefit the community and work with the staff to deliver them effectively.
Develop and administer operating budgets.
Recruit, manage and develop staff.
