About Wikimotive
Wikimotive is a boutique digital marketing agency serving clients across North America. We pride ourselves on being both results-driven and culture-centric. As such, an ideal candidate would be one who contributes on multiple fronts––offering both the required skill-sets and a willingness to be a part of a great team. They will be motivated, proactive, embrace expectations of accountability, and have a strong commitment to excellence in all that they do.
What Does a Content Editor Do?
In-house editors are responsible for taking the content written by our staff of freelance writers and ensuring standards of style, formatting, and, of course, grammar and spelling are followed. Our clients expect excellence and our reputation depends on us delivering on that expectation. Additionally, editors may be asked to help with content topic brainstorming, assigning out work to the freelancers and even writing some pieces themselves.
While at Wikimotive, we expect all staff to learn about the various other parts of the business and upskill. While an employee may start their journey at Wikimotive as an Editor, that does not necessarily mean that is where they will remain should their talents, work ethic, and career goals point them in a new exciting direction.
