Have ability to edit quickly and trim down content into 'snack-able' sound bites.
Have a command of the written word and able to tell compelling stories through your writing.
Must exhibit strong writing skills and an ability to collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing team to ensure quality, verbal and visual consistency, and timeliness of material.
Need to analyse client needs and cater content to relevant target audiences.
Write and produce engaging content
Produce clear and credible copy
Guarantee accuracy, attention to details and overall meets or exceeds the writing objectives.
Execute writing requests with accuracy, producing zero errors in work (all client edits are implemented correctly, spell check was run, facts were confirmed).
Respond to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner.
Have Creative thought process at a high level and able to articulate the work back to the team.
Edit and proofread material as demand and scheduling requires.

Project Overview:

We are looking for a quick-witted copywriter to help edit and create ongoing content for our Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruitment Marketing Team. You'll assist the team with copy editing, social content creation, and writing for overall strategic communications. The big emphasis for this role will be creating and managing content for our Talent Network Communications strategy to engage candidates to consider joining our Team. Other projects where we'll leverage this copywriter include:
Campus communications
Internal candidate communications
Blog content for our client Works Careers blog
Mycareer.client name.com Careers Site content

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of in-house or agency-side experience writing and editing copy for social channels.
Having an online portfolio will be really useful
Looking for more for blog writer and less for advertising copywriters
someone who can write in a more newsy, blog writing and external comms style.

Even better if you have:

Flawless spelling and grammar; able to proofread at a high level with little to no errors.
Entrepreneurial spirit and innate curiosity.
A demonstrated passion for and mastery of social media.
Ability to maintain deadlines at a constant level.
Exhibited competency presenting creative work.
Capability to "boil down" verbose content to the "essence" of the main message in a concise, effective manner.
Understanding of writing applications in traditional and emerging channels.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

The ideal candidate will have: Expertise in content Management, Copywriting, Careers blog and social channels.
