Editorial Assistant Fellow

Insider is hiring an editorial assistant fellow to join the managing editor team in the UK. This fellow will work with the managing editor team to bring new talent into the newsroom and help reporters grow and learn in their careers. The fellowship starts in January 2023. We're looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, is organized, and has endless enthusiasm for digital journalism.
Some responsibilities will include:
Posting jobs and screening applications
Helping to onboard new hires and familiarize them with Insider Inc.
Setting up skill-building seminars and series across the newsroom
Managing freelance onboarding
