Insider Reviews is looking for a Tech Updates Fellow to support the needs of our growing Editorial Archive team. We are seeking an editor to assign and edit updates that support our Tech Reviews team. The Tech Reviews desk provides helpful explainers, “how to” articles, buying guides, and product reviews that answer our readers’ questions about tech products, programs, services, and terminology. The Insider Fellowship Program is for early-career journalists who want to spend six months learning from a newsroom full of passionate, dedicated journalists. For more information on the Insider Fellowship Program, see here. Fellows are paid $20 an hour, and they are expected to work 40 hours a week. Fellows will also be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on their 91st day of employment. The fellow will help manage our library of existing articles to improve readability by revising outdated information and expanding coverage to ensure our stories are as comprehensive, up-to-date, and helpful as they can be. This will be a data-driven role, with an emphasis on SEO and competitive analysis. There will also be writing opportunities for product reviews.
