The Deputy Editor will oversee the day-to-day content published on InStyle.com. This person is responsible for ideating, assigning, and editing timely, search, and brand-building stories with a keen eye for what will resonate with InStyle readers. The Deputy Editor will work with the Editor-in-Chief on strategy around growth and audience development.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education: College Degree
Experience: 10 Years experience at a major brand or publication with experience leading a team
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expert editing skills, understanding of search and social audience strategies, ability to be nimble and turn around stories fast

Salary: $136000 - $150000
