The Marketing Management job is responsible for promoting a favorable view of the organization and its products and services. This job manages large projects to develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing plans, ensuring organizational marketing strategies and sales targets are met, while also drawing insights from market-related information to inform initiatives and identify areas of opportunity.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Researches and develops promotional campaigns and marketing plans to ensure organizational marketing strategies and sales targets are met; prepares recommendations for more senior team members and/or management.
Directs promotional campaigns, ensuring the organization's message is effectively delivered; reviews and approves promotional materials creation, compilation, and distribution, and approves determined ad placement.
Communicates recommendations to management regarding modifications to improve products and services and/or marketing approaches, based on analysis of business results of recently introduced or enhanced products and services as well as analysis of market-related information.
Conducts additional qualitative or quantitative research as needed for market positioning, such as pricing, market assessment, or promotional and advertising research studies.
Develops relationships with related outside entities to maintain good public relations with customers.
Communicates with existing and potential clients and suppliers to explore and document opportunities to increase sales and profitability for designated new products and services, enhancements and initiatives.
Partners with sales team to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies.
Delegates to lower level professionals, reviews work, and provides guidance and coaching as needed.
Base Pay Range: $53.57/hr. - $60.18/hr.
