The Growth Segment Marketing team is responsible for delivering incremental growth across three strategic customer cohorts including Student, Lower Mass and Affluent. Core to achieving its goal is the ability to effectively bridge marketing lifecycle disciplines (Acquisitions, Shopping and Onboarding and Engagement) with its cross-functional and cross line of business partners. The Student Segment Team is seeking a talented, energetic, data-driven marketing leader focused on driving Family Banking product awareness and consideration, evolving customer-centric marketing and deepening with existing customers to make Chase their primary financial partner. Chase is committed to serving the needs of Gen Z families, inclusive of children between the ages of 6-24, with products, tools and resources designed to help them master the money basics and get onto the path of financial independence.
