The VP of Social Media Strategy will oversee a team of social creators who coordinate with partners internally and externally to create content for Chase Social Media channels. This position reports to the Head of Organic Social Marketing with responsibilities including but not limited to: Stewarding the strategy and growth of a portfolio of organic media channels, including Chase Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest. Overseeing the ongoing development and execution of an editorial calendar across Chase's social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest. Partnering with a variety of Chase businesses (e.g. Sapphire or Freedom cards) to craft winning Marketing strategies using audience, industry, and social listening insights. Establishing and implement a best-in-class operating model between Media and Brand Teams to inform content and creative strategies which populate channels with ongoing and campaign-based content.
