You'll be part of an award-winning communications team supporting the #1 credit card issuer in the US. As our team member you'll support and amplify the range of industry-leading Chase credit cards including: four proprietary card portfolios, Sapphire, Freedom, Slate and Ink; our top cobrand card partners including: Hyatt, IHG, Southwest, United, Air Canada, Starbucks, Amazon, Marriott, Avios and Disney; as well as the Chase Ultimate Rewards platform and our various digital features, such as My Chase Plan. If you're a team player, creative thinker, answer seeker, and willing to tackle projects with proactiveness and positivity, all with an openness to learn new things - this could be a fit for you. Additionally, experience in visual communications, including creating and editing videos and graphics in platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus but not a requirement. The Senior Associate role is based in Wilmington, DE. Alternate locations include Jersey City, New Jersey. The role will report to the head of Internal Communications for Card Services. Some domestic travel is required.
