We're looking for a dynamic and experienced communicator to manage our CB CEO's employee engagement and communications strategy. This person should be a phenomenal writer who understands financial services and can write in the voice of a senior executive. They should also be an incredibly organized, proactive and thoughtful professional who can plan and execute with precision to make the most out of every engagement and activity. This person needs to think creatively about how to engage with thousands of employees using various channels and mediums. Additionally, it's imperative that the person in this role deeply understands the business and constantly staying on top of all the activity and major accomplishments.
