The Employee Communications Associate position is a hybrid position (3 days in office/2 days remote) that can work in either Jacksonville, FL / Plano, TX / or Columbus, OH location. You will be responsible for helping build a better employee experience by delivering concise and understandable messaging to the employee population, as well as management of targeting and defining the appropriate audiences and assessing communications effectiveness. This role serves to support employee readiness activities across Home Lending which increases employee awareness, engagement and productivity. This role collaborates with Home Lending Executive Communications and in business communicators to effectively bridge the three functions and messaging on large initiatives. In addition, this team will interact with the Home Lending Executive Communications team, site leadership teams, intranet developers, corporate events team, photographers and other internal clients to align communication needs with our mission and priorities, as well as site needs across the business. The role is responsible for keeping activities consistent with brand and Home Lending style guides.
