Ink Digital Capabilities Marketing Strategy Senior Associate

This role will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and driving change for the digital capabilities and features that will enhance the our small business customer's digital experiences to make things easier for them to manage their financial life with us. Additionally, as Chase evolves, changes policy, and/or installs new featurError! Hyperlink reference not valid.es and functionality, this role will contribute to the innovation of tools and resources to help migrate small business customers from the contact centers and branches to using the digital self-service platforms. Some of those responsibilities will include advanced reporting, enhanced account software integration, and creation of improved experiences for sub users.
