Internal Communications Senior Associate

Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications is an integral function at JPMorgan Chase that focuses on reinforcing the firm's culture and keeping employees informed about our diverse businesses and functional areas. Members of the Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications team serve as trusted advisors to many of the firm's business and functional leaders, as well as other communications managers across the company. The team oversees and uses a variety of channels and tools to communicate information and engage employees across the firm on a global basis, including the intranet (Company Home, OCFO Home, hub home pages, etc.), My Messages, digital signage, video, email messages, and in-person engagements. The Internal Communications Senior Associate will partner with the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Communications Manager and members of the Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications team to provide strategic and tactical communications support related to the CAO strategic communications agenda. The Chief Administrative Office is comprised of multiple global functions that support JPMorgan Chase's businesses and employees in 60 countries, including real estate, security, and corporate services.
