This person will focus on marketing strategy for customer card loyalty and identify new channel expansion opportunities, as well as areas where we can gain marketing efficiencies. This person will partner across teams such as brand and creative development, legal, internal agencies, as well as partner with our execution teams to ensure our marketing needs are met, prioritized, and resourced. They will be subject matter experts in Chase Ultimate Rewards, creative development, market insights, and marketing strategy by working across our internal teams. They will build the marketing learning agenda and analyze our marketing performance.
