Marketing & Communications-Business Support Associate
The Business Support Team needs a new team member to help manage our business, risk and control activities as well as other day-to-day business planning activities. This position will be part of the Business Support team aligned with CCB-Performance Marketing (CCB PM). However, the overall scope of the role will span across CCB-Marketing, supporting the organization of the Chief Marketing Officer. Business Support is responsible for assessing and managing risks and controls that are commonly applicable across the CCB-Marketing community. We also implement firm-driven programs and contribute to employees' overall experience by developing and distributing internal communications related to strategic programs, policy and standard changes, promoting best employee practices, and other relevant notices. We partner closely with Marketing's leadership team as well as with Controls, Compliance, Legal and Operations Risk in order to drive awareness, buy-in, and ensure adherence to firmwide standards. Business support requires a candidate with a strong curiosity for understanding how an organization operates and what impact certain activities would have on it, then developing/executing strategies to mitigate the risk associated with those activities. This necessities developing a macro level knowledge of Marketing's various business areas and their respective functions, managing deliverables in a fast paced and evolving environment, and effectively communicating progress/challenges.
