This role will manage marketing, logistics and analytics for the United Employee Face-to-Face program with the goal of maximizing United employees' engagement with the card program. This person will travel frequently to key United locations interacting with a variety of personnel including flight attendants, Club agents, gate and lobby agents, as well as United leadership. This person will develop and build new analytic dashboards that will help track Employee Program KPIs to help support critical acquisition growth plans. The role includes managing priorities and participation strategies with key leaders within Chase and United.
