The Role
At J.P. Morgan Chase, we’re expanding our digital capabilities and investing in growth opportunities for various parts of the firm. We believe that engaging, relevant and contextual content is at the heart of personalised customer experiences. We’re also committed to designing content for reuse in a way that’s measurable and consistent.
We are looking for a talented and versatile copywriter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and SMEs to write meaningful and human investments content, including - but not limited to - a mix of editorial and explanatory copy for our audience.
Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Help maintain writing guidelines that are in line our brand and voice.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization who come content design from different angles—like PR, brand, legal, risk, and more—to facilitate progress and influence direction
Partner with our brand, marketing, localization, and customer service teams to create a cohesive experience.
Partner with Researchers and Information Architects to observe and conduct user testing and research to inform our experiences.

Moving between strategy and hands on writing and editing comes naturally to you.
You’re a strong collaborator who can work across Design, Marketing and Brand ensuring a consistent voice.
You’re a natural storyteller, a systems thinker, and a content champion who people want to work with.
You understand the importance of SEO but equally you’re able to commit to writing in a compelling and engaging way about virtually anything
