Junior Budgeting Reporter

Mission
As The Business Support Controller of Factory, he/she will assist the business entities, particularly Business Partner Controllers (BPC)
He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides (ie the BI tools – Business Intelligence)
He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis for the entity, regarding the different indicators of the entity: Cost of manufacturing and variances for the factories etc.

Key Expected Achievement
Portfolio of reports, scorecards, and requests.
Formats and items necessary to develop re-forecasts (manufacturing cost).
First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).
Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities.
Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA/OLA).
Business continuity: progress facility, quality guarantee, quality obtention, training,and tutoring.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Accounting or Finance, or other related
a fresh graduate or 3 years of working experience in cost controlling, standard cost accounting, budget re-forecast, and Oracle background is a plus.
Direct experience in the manufacturing industry will be a plus.
Excellent in Excel (Power BI Is a plus).
Well collaborates with his/her BPC and provides excellent service to internal partners.
Understand the company operating data, able to manage data quality and accurate reports to support Controller's analysis.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with logic.
Excellent in English both verbal and written.
