To help us expand Winged Boots’ brand awareness and customer base, we are looking for a Junior Content Writer to help grow Winged Boots’ website, online magazine and contribute to our annual award-winning Lifestyle Brochure. If you have experience in content writing, particularly in the travel and/or the luxury sector this could be the job for you.
The expectation would be to produce high quality content for both a digital and print audience. You would also need to work closely with travel and lifestyle partners to create newsletters, banners and other marketing material that is on brand and to deadline.
Other tasks involved are:
Managing and working with AI platforms.
Maintain the monthly content schedule for both online and offline
Writing targeted, SEO optimised content for customers across all stages of the buying cycle.
Manage website and CRM content and feed into web design updates
Writing, sub and direct design to complete annual Lifestyle Brochure.
Implementing and preserving Winged Boots’ brand guidelines and tone of voice through all internal and external communication.
Occasionally represent Winged Boots at industry and networking events, awards and external meetings
Who should apply?
For this role you will really need to have strong communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. You also must have experience as a content writer in print and digital and be creative and passionate about the written word
You must also be able to do the following:
Write content to be read and not to fill a word count.
Think outside the box and are confident pitching feature ideas.
Have the ability to write for different audiences and across different platforms.
Be zealous about creating original and creative content for any audience.
Have a good understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
Have a keen eye for accuracy.
Be a strong multitasker, a team player and comfortable within a fast-paced environment.
