Junior Video Editor

Skydive Geronimo is a premier skydiving company that provides exhilarating and unforgettable tandem skydive experiences over Rottnest Island, WA.
The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Video Editor to join our close-knit team as we expand and head into the busy summer season. The role will be primarily based at our head office at Jandakot Airport, with opportunities to fly with our team to Rottnest Island to help capture content.

The main duties for this role include:

Editing raw GoPro footage captured by our tandem instructors into high-quality videos that are shared with our guests
Opportunity to create promotional videos, social media content, and other visual assets.
Ensuring all video & content aligns with brand image and maintains a high standard of quality.

About you:

You love video editing and content creation, and have a creative mindset with an eye for detail. Ability to work independantly and efficiently is a must.

Hours are flexible so this position is well-suited for students or those seeking a second job.

Desirable experience but not mandatory:

A degree or relevant certification in film, video editing, or a related field
Proficient using video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro)
Experience using video-sharing sites (e.g. Vimeo)
Previous experience with action sports or adventure-related content.
