The Keizertimes, an award-winning independent weekly newspaper in the mid-Willamette Valley near Salem, seeks an energetic, enterprising general news reporter. Candidates will be responsible for news coverage (incl. city government, police, courts, business, features and special sections). Stories are posted to our website daily.

We are all local all the time. Aggressive but fair coverage is our hallmark.

Experience with Macs, the InDesign graphic program and photography is required. Use of Twitter, Facebook, and other social site is a big part of this job. Salary plus benefits. Immediate opening.
