Microsoft 365 Content Writer

We're seeking a Content Writer to join our Digital Workplace team on a permanent basis. The team is focused on increasing productivity and improving how staff work digitally in a hybrid and mobile work environment.

This role will predominantly support with writing content for our SharePoint Online intranet and delivering communication and engagement strategies to help embed use of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools at KPMG. This includes Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Planner, Forms and Whiteboard.

Your key areas of focus will be:

Researching & creating impactful copy for use across a range of channels including our intranet, Viva Engage, video scripts, emails, presentations & more
Implementing a communications strategy and content calendar to support embedding and adoption of our broader suite of collaboration tools
Writing performance support materials including quick reference guides and FAQs
Quality control of intranet content to ensure it complies with writing for the web and accessibility principles
Providing solutions and advice on content, overall design, layout, usability and maintenance for the KPMG Australia intranet
Engaging and manage a diverse range of business stakeholders
Helping embed the use of Microsoft collaboration tools across the business

Exceptional written skills across multiple online channels (intranet, news articles, internal social media, etc.)
Experience managing corporate social media either internally or externally. You intuitively understand what makes great social content and how to drive engagement
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
Previous exposure to Microsoft 365 products including Teams, Viva Engage and SharePoint Online
The ability to scope and plan activities, identify gaps, risks and issues and mitigate them to ensure objectives will be met
Self-motivation with a proactive attitude and approach to work and providing solutions
