Youtube Producer

Latin Times is looking for a bilingual, creative, systematic and experienced Youtube Producer with a sense of humor to launch its Youtube channel. The upcoming namesake channel will produce feature videos on a variety of topics for Latinos but also to explain the Latin world to non-Latinos in an accurate but entertaining, light and fun way, in English and in Spanish.

Job Responsibilities:

Brainstorm LatinTimes Youtube Strategy together with management and editorial
Implement strategy
Analyze results via Analytics platforms and optimize content output to increase subscribers and views
Research and analyze until the winning strategies are found
Monitor industry trends, SEO keywords, platforms and competitor activity to stay up-to-date on the social media trends

Qualifications/Requirements

Three years of experience with successful Youtube publishing
Deep knowledge of analytics and search engine/social media optimization
Proven track record of achieving wins at previous social video roles
Experience optimizing content for Social Media audiences
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with writers, editors, and other members of the team.
A strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
