Lead Copywriter

At UKLASH, we are at the forefront of the beauty industry, dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through beauty essentials. We are seeking a talented and strategic Copywriter to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand and make a significant impact on our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Collaboration:

Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to create forward-thinking campaigns and brand copy in line with brand content pillars and marketing strategy.
Develop and execute compelling copy for digital and print advertising, email campaigns, homepages, print materials, and social media platforms.

Product Descriptions and Education:

Craft engaging product descriptions and educational content for all SKUs, ensuring clarity and consumer understanding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about product updates and changes.

Tone of Voice Development:

Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to evolve and maintain the UKLASH tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Ensure that the brand communicates the tone of voice cohesively across all consumer touch points.

PR and Partnerships:

Collaborate with the PR and partnership teams to align copy with brand briefs and objectives.
Assist in the creation of tonally on-brand press releases, supporting PR initiatives.
Conduct editorial interviews with content creators, change makers and experts.

Competitor Analysis:

Act as an ambassador for excellent copy within the business, conducting regular analyses of both competitors and non-competitors to report on successes and learnings.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in writing copy for both online and offline channels, preferably in the beauty industry.
